All first year’s maintenance is included in the installation price at standard level. All network CAT 5e and 6 + fibre optics cabling is guaranteed for 25 years.

Who better to maintain your equipment than the installer? With fully trained, dedicated staff on hand, we are able to offer a full maintenance package to suit your business.

The contracts we offer are:

Category A:
Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm
(Bank Holidays excluded)
System failure in excess of 50%: 4 working hours response
Minor system faults: 16 working hours response
Contract cost: Standard cover as shown on your quotation

Category B:
Monday - Saturday: 9am to 5pm
(Bank Holidays excluded)
System failure in excess of 50%: 4 working hours response
Minor system faults: 16 working hours response
Contract cost: Standard cover as shown on your quotation plus 50%

Category C:
365 days a year, 24 hours a day without exception
System failure in excess of 50%: 4 working hours response
Minor system faults: 16 working hours response
Contract cost: Standard cover as shown on your quotation plus 200%
